Credit Card Machine Application will take 3 to 6 weeks to complete. Different banks will have different lead time. The process will be shorten if documents are ready in 1 shot.
3. How much is the monthly rental?
Wired Credit Card Machine Rental starts from RM35.00 - RM 50.00
Wireless/Portable GPRS Credit Card Machine Rental starts from RM80.00 - RM 120.00

*Difference packages with different rental, we do have packages that come with zero rental.
4. How much is the monthly minimum transaction amount?
No minimum committed transaction amount.
5. How much is the merchant discount rate (MDR)?
Different banks charge different rate:
Local Visa and MasterCard: 1.5% - 1.7% (Exclude GST).
Foreign Visa and MasterCard: 1.5% - 2.2% (Exclude GST).
Debit Card Or ATM Card: 0.8% - 1.0% (Exclude GST).
6. My credit card terminal/machine spoiled
Just need to call card terminal support, they will assist you and if needed, they will send onsite service team to check the terminal/machine.
7. After I have applied for Credit Card Machine, am I allowed to offer easy payment scheme/ installment plan?
Yes. With credit card machine, you can offer your customer to pay through installment plan. However, there are some terms and conditions to be applied. For eg, if the credit card machine is provided by UOB, you are allowed to offer installment plan for UOB credit card holders. For more details, please contact us.
8. How long it will take for bank to transfer the payment into my company bank account, after the customer has made payment?
Different bank will have different policies to validate a payment and transfer to merchant’s bank account. It is usually 1 to 3 working days, depending on the bank of the credit card machine.
9. What are the documents required for applying Credit Card Machine in Malaysia?
Here are the required documents:
  1. SSM (1 set) or Form 24, 44, 49, M&A.
2. Photocopy of IC for all local partners.
3. Photocopy of Passport for all foreign partners.
4. Latest 3-month Current Account Bank Statement.
